your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard as well
as the debit card featuring the Visa and MasterCard logo.
We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money
orders, and cash.
If
you desire to set up a monthly payment plan, you may wish
to contact the DENTAL FEE PLAN, a financing service, or
one of our medical and dental payment plans. No initial
payment is required. Payment plans range from 18-60 months
with very reasonable monthly payments, which includes a
minimal finance charge. There are a low, fixed interest
rates of 9.99% to 12.99% depending on the term you select.
You have the option to prepay anytime without any penalty.

A good credit standing is required. If you choose to use
the Dental Fee Plan or one of our other payment plans, all
the paperwork and approval must be completed before the
day of surgery.
