you desire to set up a monthly payment plan, you may wish
to contact CareCredit, a financing service that provides a healthcare credit card specifically designed to pay for treatments and procedures. No initial payment is required. Payment plans range from 3 - 12 months interest free, and extended payment plans up to 60 months with very reasonable monthly payments, which includes a minimal finance charge. A good credit standing is required. If you choose to use CareCredit, all the paperwork and approval must be completed before your surgery is performed.
